Each panel is 12″ x 32″, except for Sunday which is 16″ x 32″, and is on a baltic birch panel with a traditional glue/chalk gesso ground. Mediums used are: graphite, india ink, acrylic, shellac inks, egg tempera, and w.m. oils. It takes the form of a comic strip, and uses communicative methods from the comic strip, but also borrows from painting, history, science, and what have you, and combines those areas in ways that create a new method of communication and perhaps arrives at new meanings. The strip will present controversial themes in a fair, dialectical process, with both sides of an argument represented equally, unless, of course, they aren’t.
